Friday am,

my goal, 20 km,
I'm outa shape.

I can hang with traffic, rolling about 30 kph an hour for a bit between lights and speed bumps. there are more speed bumps in Pv than in the greater midwest.. .for sure.

deffinatly helps control the speed of traffic.
nothing else does.

Good luck to the crew heading out for the 155 tonight / this morning. And an extra push of love for those of you who are trying to ride home the next day.
