A few of the guys that ride with our crew are pro roadies. Here's their take on the Floyd thing. Basically, he's guilty as hell, regardless of the test. He can honestly say, though, that he did not take testosterone during the tour because he didn't. He took testosterone during his build phase in Febuary. When Floyd stored some "off season" blood for doping later during the tour, someone screwed up and stored the testosterone tainted blood.

Not only did he cheat by using testosterone in his build phase in the off season, he cheated by blood doping during the tour.

Screw the test, kick his guilty cheatin' ass out of cycling...

not sure where i read this, maybe velosnooze, but a group did test the test for EPO. They had know EPO blood and non-EPO blood they sent to the labs. End result was the test was very inaccurate.

i am not saying to throw the baby out with the bathwater, but this is a valid question and knowing the EPO test is questionable if think its BS the claims the governing bodies are making regarding the whole doping thing
