Panama Trail Run was a hoot.
Nice Weather brought out lots of folks for the Panama Trail Run Sunday.
Runners ran one or two laps of the course and started and finished in front of the Panama Firehouse. Distances were around 1.8 and 3.4 miles.
The trails weren't too bad at the start, but got a little muddy and slick by the second time through. Many runners slide down the hills on their butts and got muddy.

I wanted to make it out there, but was a bit hesitant to test out an ankle I'd twisted running down some stairs earlier in the week in the slick conditions. I think it was the right call, but I wanted to be out there rippin' it up with you guys!
